The specific courier for your order will be selected by Shiprocket based on factors such as your destination pin code and the best available service for efficient delivery.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders placed on mCasez, regardless of the order value or destination within India.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we strive to process and prepare it for shipment within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Please note that this processing time is separate from the shipping (transit) time.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for your order is typically 3-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please understand that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your exact location within India, courier operations, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect logistics.

Shipping Restrictions

While we aim to deliver to most locations across India, there might be specific pin codes or remote areas where delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe or, in rare cases, may not be feasible. If our shipping partners do not service your pin code, we will inform you and cancel your order with a full refund.
